for me as a site owner.
- You keep on improving your service (You have added valuable support options
and software options)
- You are friendly (even on a busy day, you communicate in a polite and cheerful
manner)
- You are professional (this is your full time job, you have an education to match
it, and the advice you provide is based on know-how instead of
guessing)
